George brings proven leadership and twenty-five years of Business-to-Business technology expertise to Cradlepoint. During his twenty-year career at Hewlett Packard, George had responsibility for hardware, software and services businesses that ranged in size from several million dollars to multi-billions of dollars of annual revenue. He successfully led businesses with sites located in the U.S., Europe and Asia and developed and implemented growth strategies both organically and through acquisition for the SMB and Enterprise markets. Mulhern's last position with HP was as Senior Vice President, leading the LaserJet Global Business Unit. More recently, Mulhern was a general partner with Highway 12 Ventures, a Boise-based venture capital fund that served as a catalyst for entrepreneurs and startups to help drive economic growth in the Northwest region. George holds both a BS, and MBA, Business Administration from San Jose University.

Dipti Vachani is vice president in the Internet of Things Group and general manager of the Strategy and Solutions Engineering Division at Intel Corporation. Vachani's organization is responsible for driving the overall strategy, technology direction, industry standards and IoT Edge product portfolio for IOTG.Prior to joining Intel, Vachani served as vice president and general manager of Power, Lighting and Display at Skyworks, maker of analog semiconductors. In that role, she managed product development, applications and operations.Before that, Vachani worked at Texas Instruments for 17 years, where her most recent position was vice president and general manager of the Single Core Processors group , a multinational business unit consisting of ARM MPU, video security and DSP. Also, while at Texas Instruments, Vachani led the creation of the company's Sitara brand of ARM MPUs.Vachani holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Texas A&M University and an executive MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a graduate of the executive education program at both the Harvard and Cambridge business schools.

Gary Davis is Chief Consumer Security Evangelist. Through a consumer lens, he works closely with internal teams to drive strategic alignment of products with the needs of the security space. Gary also oversees Intel Security's online safety education to educate businesses and consumers by distilling complex security topics into easily understandable and actionable advice. During his 5+ years at the company, he has held leadership roles in the consumer and enterprise divisions where he has helped shape various product portfolios and strategic direction along with advocating for cybersecurity education. Gary has appeared on several business, security and consumer lifestyle media outlets, including CNBC, NBC, FOX, and CBS Bay Area stations; and quoted in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, Forbes, TIME Magazine, MSNBC, PC Magazine, CNET, CSO Magazine, and PC World. Prior to joining Intel (then McAfee), he held senior management positions for more than 15 years in technology companies. Gary serves on the board of directors of the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA).
